Meet the Owners
Hi! We are Mike and Cindy O’Neill, Co-owners of Lou Who’s Pizza & Pasta. We started our restaurant in 2022 when there was minimal food establishments in Patton, PA.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality food at the most affordable price.
Lou Who's offers fast and friendly takeout service as well as delivery. Our pizza is made from fresh hand-tossed dough and homemade sauce and includes a variety of topping selections as well as healthy alternatives. Our pasta includes three homemade sauces to choose from!
In addition, we offer stromboli’s, subs, salads, wings and a variety of appetizers. The option of cauliflower crust for our gluten-free patrons is also available.
